To help you manage your wedding stationery list, we’ve created a comprehensive wedding stationery checklist to guide you through all your paper needs from save the dates to thank you cards. We’ve divided your stationery checklist into 3 parts: before the wedding, on the day and after the wedding.

Before the wedding

Save the Date - Up to 1 year before the day
Once you’ve set the date and secured your venue it’s time to let your guests know with a save the date card. It’s best to let everyone know as in advance as possible so as to ensure that they don’t commit to another occasion on that same day.

Wedding Invitations - 4-6 months before the wedding

Information Cards - 4-6 months before the wedding
If you have extra details to add to some or all of your wedding invites, then you will need to think about how you are going to communicate the information. This information may not fit on your wedding invitation or it is only pertinent to a selection of your invitees, either way an information card that matches perfectly is the way to go.

Evening Invitations 2-4 months before the wedding
