1. What are your printing and delivery times?

Our turnaround times combine our production time and delivery time. They are based on Monday to Friday working days.

2. Will my order take longer to process with Professional Review?

Every morning, our professional designers proof read cards ordered with Professional Review. If you place your order after 10am, it will be proof read the following morning. If everything is correct you will receive an email confirming that your order has been approved for print. If your cards have to be edited, our designers will email you a digital proof before print so that you can check if you are happy with the edited version of your cards. That is why it can take longer to process orders with Professional Review.

3. My cards have a special finish, will this impact turnaround times?

Cards with a gloss/glitter finish, ribbon, bow and pocketfold invitations require more time in production. It usually take between 48 and 72 hours to make a card with special finish.

4. I think I made a mistake on my delivery address

If your order is still in production, we'll be able to correct your address. If your order has been posted, we'll contact the delivery company for you. It may cause delays with your delivery.

Help us get your order to you as safely and as quickly as possible:

  • Make sure your delivery address is complete
  • Make sure your name is visible on your postbox
  • Make sure someone is home to sign for the package

If your address is incomplete, or no one is home to sign for your package, your order will be sent back to us after the third delivery attempt. Should this happen, we may request an extra delivery charge to have the package returned to you.
