Our website and all of our products are protected by author rights and copyright. Any reproduction, whether of the whole or part, of our website or of our products is strictly unauthorised and prohibited.

Article 1 Application of the terms and conditions of sale
All orders placed and accepted through Planet-Cards.com websites are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale. By placing an order, you are accepting, without reservation, these general terms and conditions.
Planet-Cards.com is not bound by any declaration or statement not contained on its website.
Article 2 Approval
Your order will only be accepted and processed once we have received full payment of the price and delivery charges, either once your credit card payment has been fully cleared, or, in the case of a bank transfer, once cleared funds have been received on our designated account.
This option includes the correction of spelling and syntax in English, French, German, Dutch and Spanish, excluding personal data (names, addresses and dates).
The quality of the photos uploaded by the customer to the personalised product is also verified with this option.
Should our quality control team have reservations about the quality of the photos or layout, our customer service will inform the customer within 1 business day of acceptance of the order.
Should we receive no reply from the customer, approving the modifications or corrections made to their personalisation, after 5 business days of acceptance of the order, Planet Cards will send the order to print and cannot be held liable due to the lack of diligence from the customer.
In case of error or misconduct in the performance of this service, Planet Cards will reprint and post the order at their own expense in accordance with Article 6 relating to claims.
If the customer does not choose this option, the order will not be verified and will be automatically sent to print. No claim regarding the personalisation can therefore be made.
Article 3 Prices and Delivery Charges
The prices of our products are in Pounds Sterling. Prices shown for each item include VAT. Free white, 90gsm envelopes are also included with every order. The service provided is indicated opposite each article.
We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time before accepting payment in relation to your order.
Any promotional codes that you fail to register in your order before acceptance of the same shall neither be reimbursed nor exchanged by us.
Article 4 Delivery, time frames
Processing times: All orders placed through our website before 10am on a working day (Monday to Friday) shall, subject to our receipt of payment, be printed and sent out to you the same day.
Exceptions to the above may arise due to:
- • technical problems outside our control.
- • reservations made by our quality control in relation to your photo or page layout, in which case you will be notified the same day by email or telephone.
- • you requesting amendments to your order.
Any order placed by telephone shall be printed within 48 to 72 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays) after our receipt of your order and payment.
- Delivery times: The products shall be delivered to the address indicated in your order. The indicated delivery times are after processing and printing of your order and are expressed in working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday and public holidays). The delivery times are purely indications provided by the third party postal or courier service provider and consequently we cannot accept any liability for delivery outside these delivery times.
These delivery times may not be complied within the event of force majeure, industrial action or changes to customs procedures or practices.

N.B. The courrier will require a signature upon receipt of your parcel. Someone therefore needs to be present at delivery address to sign for your order.
The risk and ownership of the ordered products pass to you upon them leaving us when we hand them to your chosen delivery service. Planet-Cards therefore accepts no responsibility for the products that consequently travel at your risk. Planet-Cards cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if you have provided an incorrect delivery address. Any undelivered parcels will normally be returned to us and we reserve the right to request payment of additional delivery charges from you if you wish us to re-send the parcel to another address.

Article 5 Payment
Payment for our goods and services can be made through secured payment by Maestro Card, Visa Card, or Master Card or by bank transfer to our account with HSBC. Please note that your order will not be processed until Planet-Cards has received full payment of the price and delivery charges in cleared funds.
Article 6 Complaints and refunds
Upon receipt of the order, you have a maximum of 14 days to make a complaint or request a refund. In the event you receive damaged or incorrect cards, please email our customer service team at email@example.com, with your reference number and the nature of your complaint, or alternatively, if you wish to speak directly with an advisor, please call 08709 701 701 (£0.075/min). If your claim is found to be justified, we will be more than happy to reprint and re-deliver your damaged or incorrect items, at our expense.
If you receive reprints from us, you will not be entitled to any additional free envelopes.
In accordance with our Money Back Guarantee, at Planet-cards we offer a period of seven days after the date of payment within which you can cancel your order. Should you not be fully satisfied with your order, or your cards, upon your cancellation we will give you your money back. In order for you to exercise your right of cancellation and reimbursement, you must return all items relating to your order and the returned items must be:
- - unused and in their original condition;
- - returned to us, using recorded delivery, accompanied by a written explanation as to why you are returning them.
If you choose to return items under the Money Back Guarantee, then you will be required to pay the cost of returning the items to us. This cost will not be refunded to you.
Once we have received the returned items, we will confirm to you by e-mail whether you have satisfied the conditions of our Money Back Guarantee; if this is the case, a refund will be issued to you within four weeks of our confirmation.
By validating the order, you are accepting it. We reserve the right to edit the layout and the pictures in order to optimise them.
If you approve a draft of the products before printing, we are not able to accept any claim from you in relation to layout.

Article 7 Quality commitment
The products which appear on our website are processed and printed by professionals, and are subject to quality control throughout the whole production process.
Nevertheless, the computer preview does not enable the colours or paper texture to be fully appreciated or reproduced. Furthermore, you may, depending on the configuration of your computer, screen and printer, get an appearance which is different from the reality. Consequently, Planet-Cards cannot be held liable for a slight difference between the colours or texture of the paper previewed and the colours or texture of the delivered product.
