F.A.Q. - Ordering your card

What is your refund policy in the event I am not satisfied with my cards?

If you have any questions or problems, please contact us, our team is at your disposal to find the best solution to your problem. In conjunction with our ‘money back guarantee’ policy, we will either reprint your cards or reimburse your order. If you would like for us to reprint your cards, please send your order back to us, without the envelopes. For a full refund, your whole order must be returned to us. You will receive your refund within four weeks of our reception of your registered delivery post. There shall be no refund for return postage expenses.

I would like to receive a free sample.

You can request a free sample by filling in our sample request form. Please be aware that it is a sample of the basic design and will not be personalised.

What do I do if I realise I’ve made an error on my order or I wish to change something?

Please contact us so that we can edit your order. You can speak directly with a member of our customer service team from 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday by calling 08709 701 701 (calls cost £0.075/min). Alternatively, please email us, with your order reference number and the changes you wish to make. Please note: if your order has already been processed and manufactured, we can no longer make any changes.

How do I know if my order has been submitted successfully?

You will receive an automated email if you order has been successfully submitted. If this is not the case, it may be that your order has not been taken into account, or that your email address is incorrect. In which case, please contact us.

How do I order more of the same cards?

You can order more of the same cards by logging in to your account and going to 'My Orders'. From there, click 'Reorder' and your cards (with your personalisation) will be added to your basket. From there, you can edit your personalisation, adjust the quantity and/or simply checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account, and going to 'My Orders'.

How can I pay?

Payment for our goods and services can be made through secured payment by Visa Card, Master Card, Maestro, PayPal or by bank transfer.

What is included in your prices?

The prices shown are all inclusive, which means: VAT, your personalised cards (with or without photos) and your free envelopes. We offer FREE standard delivery (3-5 days). If you wish, however, to receive your cards the next day, you can choose our express delivery option for an additional cost of £10. Promotional offers and discounts

Our promotional offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

If you have a discount code, to claim your discount, you need to:

  • Go to your basket
  • Enter the code into the box next to 'Discount code' (above your order total)
  • Click the red 'Ok' button
  • A message above your basket will appear to confirm whether or not your discount code has been applied.

Your discount will automatically be applied to your subtotal.

How long does delivery take?

From Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 10am, are printed and posted the same day. All orders placed after 10am are printed and posted the following day. If you choose for your cards to be delivered by ‘standard delivery’, these will take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive from the dispatch date. If you choose for your cards to be delivered by ‘express delivery’, these will take between 1-2 working days to arrive from the dispatch date. N.B.
