I can’t find the card I want, what do I do?

Our cards are divided into 6 main categories: Wedding, New Baby, Birthday, Religious, Christmas Cards and Other. At the bottom of each browser page you can find a list of all our categories and sub categories. We also have a search button at the top right hand of the home page and product pages, where you can type in a key word or an exact reference number to help find your card. Alternatively, our customer service team is happy to help with any problems you might have, so please don’t hesitate to contact us.

I only want one card, is this possible?

Absolutely! Once you've personalised your card, simply choose the 'Send to my recipients' delivery option, and from your basket you can enter the address of your recipient (this can be any address, even yours!).

I can’t see a card I like; can I edit an actual design?

The possibilities of our personalisation tool are endless and you can create your card from scratch, adding as many pictures, texts and colours as you like! If, however, you still wish to edit the actual design of the card, this can be done for a fee of £15 (to cover the costs of a graphic designer's intervention), which will be added to the subtotal of your order. For requests which prove to be more complicated, a supplementary tax will be charged.
N.B.: We reserve the right to refuse interventions which prove to be too complex, or which could denature the designer’s work.

Does it cost more to add pictures to my card?

Absolutely not! The price of our cards includes all types of personalisation, whether this be changing the base colour, adding photos, editing and adding texts, or all of these together.

How much do your cards cost?

Do you do colour envelopes?

Yes, we do! Every order (except for menus or place cards formats) comes with free white envelopes. However, if you wish to add a bit more colour to your cards, we have a gorgeous range of colour envelopes for you to choose from. Visit our envelopes page for more details.

What type of paper will my cards be printed on?

Planet-cards uses only the highest quality paper. You can choose from: Smooth Matt (300 or 350 gsm white card), Luxury Pearl (300gsm white card with shimmer), Textured Tintoretto (300gsm white textured card) or magnetic (available on flat, one sided formats).

What is your gloss finish option?

Available with our Smooth Matte cardstock, our gloss finish option will add a gloss laminate coating to your cards, giving them a smooth, shiny finish and making your colours and photos more vibrant. For just £3.50 you can add a gloss finish to the front of your cards, and for £6, you can add it to all sides.
N.B . A gloss coating will make your cards impossible to write on with a ball point pen.
