Delivery Information

At Planet-cards, we have two different delivery services: 'Send to me' and 'Send to my recipients'. 

Send to me

This option concerns orders which you want delivered back to you (i.e. bulk orders and personalised samples).

The indicated delivery times are after processing and printing of your order and are expressed in working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday and public holidays).
Please note that the dispatch date is the date we post your cards, and not the date they will arrive.
The courrier will require a signature upon receipt of your parcel. Someone therefore needs to be present at delivery address to sign for your order.

Send to my recipients

This option concerns orders of cards you wish to send directly to your recipients (i.e. single greeting cards). All orders with this delivery option will go out via the normal postal system and do not require a signature. You can expect your order to be delivered a few days after dispatch.

Orders placed before 10am Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am Mon-Thurs are dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 10am Friday or placed Saturday and Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
